  • One week minimum.

  • This package is best for startups, and smaller companies that don't have a big budget, but still need to get their name out there. (1 to 2 vans).
  • Develop a prospect list using our years of knowing the best prospects and how to get them on the phone.
  • Call and ask for decision makers or persons in charge of NEMT transports, qualify prospects, and try to get email or fax.
  • This package will include between 20 and 25 calls, depending on how much time is spent on each individual call. (5max time on hold before we move on to the next call).
  • No extra charge for us to email/fax prospects. (Not responsible for dead, undeliverable, or any mail or fax that cannot make it to the destination, but we will attempt to call back for correct info).
  • This package includes $25 bonus for signed service agreements originally generated by our sales team or transport.

Silver

Overall cost per contact $3.22 (12.5 contacts per day)
$250/Per Week
  • 1 month minimum, to be paid at the start of every week.
  • Town/City protected territory, while time of package is in effect.
  • This package is best for companies with at least two vans that are ready to start a true advertising campaign. (2-3 vans).
  • Develop a prospect list using our years of knowing the best prospects and how to get them on the phone.
  • Call and try to speak with key desion makers, or persons in charge of NEMT transprts, qualify prospects, and attempt to get email or fax.
  • This package will deliver a minimum of 10 to 15 contacts per day, a contact is a phone call, fax, or email. These steps tend to take slightly longer, as often times we have already established a contact with someone within the organization, so we have to review the previous conversation and usually this requires us to be on hold longer times waiting for that specific person. This is one of the steps that separate our company from a "telemarketer" and allows us to demonstrate actual "sales."
  • Follow up 2 or 3 days later to see if prospect has any questions, and try to secure future meeting for your company send a representitive down to further grow relationship with prospective prospect.

  • Develop a prospect list using our years of knowing the best prospects and how to get them on the phone.
  • Call and try to speak with key desion makers, or persons in charge of NEMT transprts, qualify prospects, and attempt to get email or fax.
  • This package will deliver a minimum of 10 to 15 contacts per day, a contact is a phone call, fax, or email. Included in this package is off site-sales, on site sales, and recruiting.
$350/Per Week
  • 4 month minimum, to be paid at the start of every week.
  • Town/City protected territory, while time of package is in effect.
  • This package is best for fully established compaines with at least 5 vans that not only want a consistent phone campain, but also on the ground sales presence in your city.
  • Develop a prospect list using our years of knowing the best prospects and how to get them on the phone.
  • Call and try to speak with key desion makers, or persons in charge of NEMT transprts, qualify prospects, and attempt to get email or fax.
  • Not only does this package deliver a minimum of 10 to 15 calls per day, it also includes once a quarter in person visitation by Christopher. (NEMT Provider pays for flight, hotel, and transportation.) This package is the truly affordable way to have a fulltime sales staff, at part time prices. The intended idea behind this package is to project to prospective clients and current accounts that your company employs a full time sales staff (which you will, but at part time prices.) In addition to having your companies name consistently being put in front of the correct decision makers, this package can also do regular calls to current accounts to head off any potential problems.
